Get dial tone on the extension that you want to forward......
Press ... ... <or> dial ......
Dial the four digit extension that you want the calls forwarded to ... <for forwarding in to voicemail enter your systems access extension> Hang-up... <You will know that the extension is forwarded as the LED next to that extension
