The ROLM phone PICK feature allows you to pick-up another ringing telephone from your telephone or pick-up a call that is on hold on another telephone extension.  Keep in mind to use this feature you must know the extension of the ringing telephone or the extension on which the call has been placed on hold.

To use the PICK feature to pick-up another ringing telephone ....

Upon hearing a ringing telephone that you want to intercept and answer from your "non-ringing" telephone...
Get dial tone ......
Press ...... <or> dial ...
followed by dialing ...... the extension that is ringing.

To use the PICK feature to pick-up a call that is on hold on another telehpone extension ...
Get dial tone ......
Press ...... <or> dial ...
followed by dialing ...... the extension on which the call was placed on hold.
