feature button allows you to transfer a call from your telephone to another telephone
extension or the company operator.

To use the TRANSFER feature follow these steps...
Advise the caller that you are transferring their call and ask if you shoud reach
voicemail do they want to leave a message...then....
Press ......
Dial the extension number or zero for the company operator ......
After being answered ... announce the caller you are transferring...then...
Hang-up ....

If your attempt to transfer the call is intercepted by voicemail....and the person you are
transferring didn't want to leave a message ... simply press the ...... to reconnect to that caller.
